Resonance: A Sound Bath in The Light Room - with Don Corrieri of The Sound Spa

This is not your typical sound bath.

Guests often describe the experience as feeling like they’re floating—completely surrounded by sound, light, and a sense of deep stillness. Inside our immersive Light Room, a traditional sound bath is transformed into a unique, multi-sensory experience.

As live sound and vibrations move throughout the room, you’ll be surrounded by polychromatic light frequencies and a harmonious field designed to support the body in synchronizing into a calmer, more relaxed state. The energy in the room is palpable, and with your eyes closed or an optional eye mask, you can fully settle in as the sound of the dual sound frequencies and surrounding light field come together to create a deeply immersive experience unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
